Recap: Reason 4.0 Seminar with Francis Preve
Francis Preve hosted a great seminar on
Reason 4.0. The first half of the seminar covered the instruments in the Reason rack. This included the older synths Malström and Subtractor,
Redrum, Dr. Rex, the NN-10 sampler, the new RPG-8 monophonic arpeggiator, the effects and the Combinator feature.
The second half the seminar covered the new multi-synthesis synthesizer, Thor. Thor is a powerful and complex new synth from Reason.
Francis provided insight and ideas
on how to use this powerful tool in the studio to create new sounds. Reason has become a powerful tool for both musicians
and producers to add to the overall production of any music.
